2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons soda
3 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 cup cooking oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups warm water

Beat all ingredients together and bake in sheet cake pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Ice with 7 Minute Frosting.
