1 package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 can Mandarin oranges
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 large container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the cake mix, eggs oil and Mandarin oranges (including the juice). Bake in 3 round cake pans at 350 degrees for about 18 minutes.

Cool cake.

For topping, mix the Cool Whip, pudding mix and drained pineapple by hand. Spread on cake.

This cake must be kept in the refrigerator.

Cake is prettier if made in layers, however, it can be made as a sheet cake and stores easier in the refigerator.
