1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 eggs
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 cups flour (approximately)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until very light, add sugar and melted butter, whipped cream and nutmeg. Add enough flour to to create a batter that will handle easily on a hot krumkake iron. Place a teaspoonful of batter on the hot iron and bake until a very light brown. Roll quickly on a stick or cone or form into patty shells. The shells can be used for ice cream or fruit and the cones can be filled with flavored cream fillings.
