1 ½ lbs of ground beef
2-3 small onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large can solid pack tomatoes
1 large can niblets corn
1 can chopped olives
Salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic salt, to taste
1 cup corn meal
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions and green pepper in shortening. Add the ground beef and brown. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic salt. Mix thoroughly
Add the tomatoes, corn and chopped olives and mix well. Very gradually stir in the corn meal, stirring constantly. Add liquid if necessary. Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
