2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
4 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oil & melted chocolate in bowl; beat until blended. Add eggs & vanilla. Mix well. Combine flour, baking powder & salt. Add to creamed mixture. Cover & chill for at least 2 hours.

Shape dough into 1" balls & roll in confectioners sugar. Place cookies on baking sheets covered with parchment paper. Bake at 350º for 10 -12 minutes.
