4 eggs
1 C sugar
1 C dark Karo syrup
4 TBS melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 C pecans
pinch of salt
unbaked pie shell (9-inch)

Directions:
Beat eggs slightly. Mix in other ingredients thoroughly then poue into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 450º oven for 5 minutes then reduce heat to 350º. When light brown reduce to 300º. Bake about 40 minutes or until center is firm
