1 1/4 C yellow corn meal
1/2 C flour
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 C minced green onion
2/3 C buttermilk
2 eggs

Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Drop by teaspoon full into deep hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
