CREAM:
1 cup Butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup Brown sugar
1 egg
3 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
MIX IN:
3 ˝ cups flour alternately with 1 cup of oil
Add in 2 cups quick oats.
Add in ˝ package Dark chips, milk chips, semi sweet chips and white chips.
Melt dark choc and drizzle on cookies. Melt White choc and drizzle on cookies

VARIATIONS:
First: You can use coconut extract instead of the vanilla and add a small package of coconut. With these I drizzle same as above.
Second: add 1 scope of peanut butter ( I take a big spoon to get a large scoop) use peanut butter chips in place of one of the other or add them with the other chip. Quantity of chips is up to you. Also add mini reeses pieces you can get them in the baking isle with the chips.
With the peanut butter ones, when they are all cooked I melt some dark chips with a little scoop of peanut butter and drizzle on the top of the cookies.
