2 onions sliced
1 T. canola or olive oil
4 thick pork chops
1/2 c. beer
pepper, 1 T adolfs tenderizer, 3/4/tsp marjoram

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in the oil until well browned-about 5 minutes. Reduce heat, remove chops, & add onions to drippings.cover and cook until onions soften. Now add beer, 1 T. adolfs, pepper & marjoram and chops. Cover and cook about 1 hour.
Remove chops and bring pan juices to a boil until reduced and thick. Serve over chops.
