2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
2 stalks finely chopped celery
4 finely chopped radishes
2 or 3 green onions, finely chopped
1 hard boiled eggs
1 can drained tuna
Miracle Whipped ...1 cup or so
sprinkling of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Add eggs to the cold water, the water needed to cook the elbow noodles.
You can do both, cook the eggs and cook the noodles.
Chop up all the other items and when noodles are cool to work with mix everything.
Add as much Miracle Whip as needed to make it creamery.
Chop up one of the eggs and mix it into the Macaroni.
Let salad stand in fridge for a few hours. May need to add more Miracle Whip.The other egg needs to be sliced and place on top of the finished salad. Sprinkle with paprika.

Always has been MY favorite. Dad doesn't do tuna so always made a salad that I put cooked green peas in for him.
