5 Eggs, beaten
1/2 c Brown Sugar
2 c. Milk
1T. Lemon juice
1T. Lemon zest
1 t. Cinnamon
1T. Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and fold into 15 slices of cured whole wheat bread. Add 2c. dark pitted dried sweet cherries and 1 16oz. can crushed pineapple. Pour into greased baking dish 9x13. Cover with foil and bake @ 325 for 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile:
Warm, 4 sticks of butter, 6 cups confectioners sugar, 1 C. whiskey, and chopped nuts. Drizzle over warm pudding.
