2 Cups of flour
1/3 Cup sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 stick of cold butter grated
1/2 Cup sour cream
1 cup of dried berries (creisins,dried blueberries etc. microwave for 30 seconds with enough water to cover berries. Drain excess water after microwave.

1 egg white to use as egg wash once scones are ready to bake

Mix dry ingredients, then grate butter into bowl, mix butter into dry ingredients then add drained berries and sour cream.
and egg. Mix until dough just forms (do not over mix dough). Form dough into approximately 1 inch circle. Cut dough into pie shaped wedges. Put on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with a little bit of sugar. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Enjoy!
