1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg or 3b egg yolks
2-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. almond extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter , add sugar [ gradually ] add egg unbeaten , sift flour measure , add baking powder , salt .
sift 3 times add to first mixture , add extract .
forcethru cookie press onto cookie sheet .

bake at 400 for 10 to 12 min.
