2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 tsps. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/3 cup cooking oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add milk, eggs, oil and vanilla and mix vigorously for about 2 minutes. Fold in with loving care the blueberries. Turn batter into greased, floured 13x9
pan. Combine 3/4 tsp. nutmeg with 1/2 cup sugar, sprimkle over top of batter. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Serve war, . This cake freezes well.
