2 c. sugar
3/4 c. veg. oil
3/4 c Hershey’s cocoa
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
powder sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and oil. Add cocoa. Blend. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour baking powder and salt. Add to cocoa mix blend
well. Chill at least 6 hours. Roll 1" balls. Dip in sugar. Bake 350
degrees on a greased cookie sheet for 12-14 minute
