1 lb very ripe tomatoes (chopped)
2 to 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 tsp good olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
ground pepper
1/2 box box angle hair pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and marinate for 1/2 hour or more at room temp (I like to put this on a sunny window sill). Cook pasta al-dente. Serve tomato mixture over pasta with pepper and parmesean to garnish.
