1/2 cup sugar - stir in
3 cans whole kernel corn drained
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 tube saltine crackers crushed
salt & pepper

Mix all together and bake at 350 almost 1 hour or till done. It puffs up in middle.

This was Grandma Lenor's mom's recipe. It is very popular in the "corn country" of the Midwest and most of our families have a version of this recipe and made it every Thanksgiving.
