7lbs -tomatoes
2 1/2 lbs. -onions
salt
pickling spice
cabbage
1 1/2 lbs.- sugar brown or white
vinegar so you can see on top

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes and onions- press overnight. Drain water, place in pot, add sugar and vinegar. Place pickling spice in cheesecloth, tie shut and place in the center of pot. Cook on med. high until soft. Bottle while warm
