1 lb. hamburger.
1 lb. jimmy dean sausage
1 med diced onion
dash salt
dash pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
26 oz.jar of spaghetti sauce
1 15 oz. cottage cheese
1 cup Romano cheese
8 oz. Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 16 oz.box lasagna noodles
6 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can of black olives
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and Jimmy Dean sausage with diced onion, salt, pepper and garlic
powder; drain grease
In a bowl add jar of spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, Romano and Parmesan cheese, eggs and parsley flakes.
Prepare lasagna noodles as directed.
In a large 9 by 13 baking dish line bottom with lasagna noodles,1/2 hamburger. mixture, 1/2 sauce mix and 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
Follow by another layer of lasagna noodles, rest of hamburger and sauce mixture and 3 more cups shredded mozzarella cheese; top with black olives and cover with tin foil.
Bake at 350 for 45 min. or until bubbly
uncover and bake another 10 min. to lightly brown
