1 lb ground pork
1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup uncooked white rice
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 (1 lb) can stewed tomatoes
1 cup cooked peas or corn or any vegetable
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium skillet, brown meat, stirring frequently. Stir in soup mix, water, rice, tomatoes and vegetables. Simmer, covered 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Top with cheese. Cook until cheese melts.
