2 pounds potatoes peeled and cut into chunks but NOT cooked
3 T. butter
3 T. flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 small onion chopped
2 1/2 cups cubed ham

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in small pan over low heat
Combine flour, salt & pepper & sprinkle slowly into butter stirring constantly Until smooth & bubbly
remove fro heat add milk heat to boiling stirring constantly and boil 1 minute.Add onions

Grease 2 quart baking dish and layer raw potatoes, ham & sauce
Cook covered 325 for 40 minutes, uncover and cook until potatoes are tender.
