1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. granulated sugar
4 envelopes pre-melted chocolate
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 c. confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º
Mix oil, chocolate, granulated sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed and add vanilla.
Sift together 2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder and salt.
Add to oil mixture. Mix thoroughly and chill several hours or overnight.
Drop teaspoonful measures of dough into confectioners sugar and shape into balls. Place balls onto a tray and refrigerate overnight. They must be cold in order to puff up correctly. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes only. Do not over bake.
