Reusing skillet and oil that was used for making fried chicken.
2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 cups 2% milk

Directions:
Directions:
Keep the skillet you used for frying chicken on medium heat. Slowly add the flour and keep stirring. The flour needs to be brown and the consistency of dough. Then you may add salt and pepper. Then start adding the milk and stirring all the time. Make it the consistency you want.
