Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 small whole chickens, need drumstick in wing.
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 bottle Wesson Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Take breast, drumstick, and wing apart from chicken. Keep in cold water. Then wash them in cold water. While washing and cleaning chicken you need to put just enough wesson oil in the bottom of a skillet that comes halfway up the pan and will eventually come halfway up the chicken. Turn skillet on medium heat to warm up before place chicken in it. You want it to sizzle but not crackle.

In a ziploc bag place the flour, cornmeal, seasoning, salt and pepper together. Mix up you want to see some speckles.

Then take chicken and put a piece at time in ziploc bag and toss around until chicken is covered. Fill up the skillet with chicken. Make sure the oil covers halfway up the chicken. Then cover the skillet with a lid. Turn over when browned. You will want to turn the legs 3 times to make sure it is evenly cooked. Take out the burnt crunches each time and save them in a side bowl.
