1 loaf, day old white bread; tear into a little bigger than bite size
1 lb. ground sausage (I use Jimmy Dean)
3 stalks of celery, cut into small pieces
1 onion; chopped
2 eggs
add chicken broth until soft; not mushy
salt
pepper
garlic salt/powder

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage
sauté celery and onion w/ butter
pour sausage in a big bowl (keep a little sausage grease, for flavor)
pour celery and onion sauté into the bowl of sausage.
Mix all ingredients with cut-up bread
Add 2 eggs; beaten
Add some chicken broth
Mix well
Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste
