1 c. sifted cake flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together twice. Cut in butter and cheese. Add liquid slowly and mix to consistency of soft dough. Roll 1/3-inch thick on floured board. Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Makes 12 biscuits.
