1 stick butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 cup coconut
1 #2 can pie apples or apple sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 beaten egg
1 c. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into cake mix. Add coconut. Put into ungreased 9x13-in pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Spread apples on top. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of apples. MIx beaten egg with sour cream and drizzle over apples and sugar. Bake 20-25 minutes more. Do not over bake!
