2 c. sifted cake flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together twice. Cut in butter. Add milk gradually and mist to soft tough. Turn on floured board; knead slightly. Roll 3/4-inch thick; cut into rounds. Set in shallow baking pan and brush tops with melted butter. Bale at 450º for 15 minutes. Makes 18 small biscuits.
