1 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 t.cinnamon
3/4 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2c. flour
1 t. baking powder

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. can milk
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
6 T. butter
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and pour over oats. Let stand for 20 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients one by one. Grease and flour a Bundt Tin. Pour batter in pan and cook at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. In the mean time prepare the topping.

Topping:

Mix ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Spread over warm cake.
