8 c. French Bread -- diced
3 c. Ham (or Sausage) -- diced
3/4 c. Grated Cheddar Cheese
4 Eggs -- beaten
3 c. Milk
1 tsp. Salt
Pepper -- to taste
1/4 c. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease casserole dish.
Combine bread, ham, and cheese.
Add diced butter.
Mix eggs, milk, & seasoning. Pour over bread mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.

My grandma grew up eating this for Christmas breakfast, and made it for my mom. Now my mom makes it every Christmas morning for us. This is one of my all-time favorites!
