2 pounds or bags of Fresh Cranberries
1 medium can of Crushed Pineapple, drained
2 Cups of Sugar
1 package of Mini Marshmallows
1 large carton of Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cranberries finely in food processor, add the sugar and pineapple and let stand overnight. On the day of serving, add the marshmallows and Cool Whip and stir together.

This makes a lot! You can easily make half the amount. I also use less sugar and instead of Cool Whip, I make fresh whip cream. Keeps good for a few days!
