Several ears of corn (fresh, silver queen is best)
Pinch of sugar
small amount of baking grease or melted butter
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shave corn down the cob with a knife at least twice. Then scrape the milk(corn juice) down to the cob with a spoon. Add shaved corn and milk to small amount of baking grease(heated) or melted butter in a frying pan. Simmer on low heat and stir until thickened. Add pinch of sugar and salt and pepper to taste. The starch in the corn should thicken this naturally.
