3 split turkey breasts
White Wine
Onion, Garlic, Carrots, Celery (Use as "veggie rack" for propping up the roulade)
Fresh herbs (Sage, rosemary, thyme)

Cheese Cloth
Cooking Twine

Cornbread Stuffing (Recipe here: www.familycookbookproject.com/home2012/view_recipe.asp?cid=&rid=2396562)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove bone and skin from turkey breast and pound to about 3/4 inch thick
Line up turkey to make a large rectangle
place cornbread stuffing across the middle of the turkey
starting from bottom, roll turkey to surround stuffing
use cooking twine to tress the roulade
place in pan on top of 'veggie rack'
add about 1 cup of white wine to bottom of pan
cover roulade with wine soaked cheese cloth

cook in oven or on grill until 170 degrees in the middle of stuffing
