2 pkg yeast
½ C warm water
1 C milk
½ C sour cream
½ C margarine
½ C sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp salt
5 ½ -6 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Heat milk, sour cream, and margarine; add sugar. Cool to 105-115°. Add to eggs and 2 cups of flour and beat on medium with an electric mixer. Stir in enough flour to make medium stiff dough. Place in greased bowl and refrigerate overnight.

Knead dough one minute. Divide into 4 pieces. Roll each portion into a 12” circle. Spread with 2 TBS soft butter. Cut into 12 wedges. Roll starting with wide end. Place 2” apart on greased pan and let rise in warm place (85°) 45 minutes or until double. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375°. Makes 4 dozen
