1 lb pkg frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c sour cream
1/2 stick butter, room temperature
1/2 c onions, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and top with 2 c cracker crumbs and butter. Bake at 400º for 1 hour. Cook with the cover on and take it off the last 10 or 15 minutes.
