Per pound of ground beef

2 eggs
2 handfuls dry parsley
2 handfuls grated parmesan
3 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 loaf old Italian bread soaked in water, drained, crusty crust removed and crumbled.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly.
Shape into balls, fry in oil on all sides until crusty brown.
Add to sauce and simmer at least one hour.

or

Bake on rack over pan 375 for 15 minutes, turn meatballs and bake another 15 minutes.
Add to sauce and simmer as long as you want.
