3 c kale or mixed greens (whatever you prefer)
1 apple, sliced thinly
2 T. cranberries
2 T. pecans
3 T feta cheese, crumbled
HONEY-APPLE VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
2 T. honey
1 T. apple cider vinegar
2 T. olive oil
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. ground black pepper

SALAD:
1. In a bowl, place the greens. Add the apples, cranberries, pecans and feta cheese on top. Toss salad.
HONEY-APPLE VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
1. Whisk the ingredients together and pour over the salad.
