8 inch unbaked pie crust
Filling:
3 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. sugar
2 cups whole milk
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add sugar and beat well. Add milk, pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg. Beat well. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350º for approximately 40 minutes.
