2 cans Diced Tomatoes
3 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 pound diced cooked chicken
2 tsp chili powder
Mahatma beans and Rice
Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese with Jalepenos
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine undrained tomatoes and chicken broth in large saucepan. Boil. Add chicken seasoned with chili powder. Reduce heat and cook 7 minutes. Add in prepared Rice and Beans. Heat through. Spoon into bowls and top with shredded cheese and chips.
