1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle meat with rub. Place in aluminum pan, put 1 to 1 1/2 cups water in and cover with foil. Grill over medium flame for 45 minutes to 1 hour on covered grill.
Take out of pan and put on grill. Baste with BBQ sauce until done to your taste.
