4 Tbsp. Butter

2 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach

Chopped and drained

1 cup flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1 cup milk

1 lb. Jack cheese- grated

3 eggs

1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9 x 13 pan, melt butter in oven (350) and remove.

In bowl, beat eggs, add flour, milk, salt, and baking powder and spinach.

Put in pan and cook for 30 minutes.
