Combine in one bowl:
1 can (15 oz) "one-pie" pumpkin
4 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
2/3 c. water
Combine in another bowl:
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp b.soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ALL in large bowl. Mix well.

Pour into two 9x5" loaf pans or several smaller loaf pans. It can also be make in 1 10" tube pan.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours. Test with cake tester or straw for doneness. It is done when the tester comes away clean.

I often make this recipe in small foil loaf pans to give as gifts. I make about 12-15 for the bake table at our church Fair every fall.
