1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/3 cup flour
dash pepper
1 (10 1/2-oz) can condensed chicken broth
3/4 cup milk
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms
2 cans mixed vegetables-drained(can also use frozen)
1 can Grands biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in flour and pepper. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in broth and milk; cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Add chicken, onions, mushrooms and mixed vegetables; cook until hot and bubbly. Spoon mixture into bottom of baking dish. Separate dough into eight biscuits. Press or roll each biscuit into a 4 1/2 inch circle. Place biscuit circles on top of mixture with sides touching. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
