1 lb. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and powdered sugar.
Add flour and baking soda to mix.
Refrigerate the dough overnight.
Roll and cut
Bake for 6-7 minutes in a 350º preheated oven.
Cool and decorate.

Grandma Oles enjoyed her time in the kitchen creating beautiful desserts to share. She loved to entertain! For Christmas, she would begin preparing with the arrival of the first cold snap. She would spend many hours each year making beautiful cookies using this recipe. Enjoy!
