3/4 c. Butter or Oleo
1/2 c. Sugar
Rind? of 1 Orange (grated)
1 Egg
1/2 c. Milk
3 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

Glaze
3/4 c. Honey
2 tbsp. Butter or Oleo
3 tbsp. Lenne? (sesame seeds) (toasted)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the grated orange rind. Beat egg slightly with milk. Sift 3 cups flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg alternately add flour mix with egg - mush mix. Stir well after each addition, flour hands, and roll ___ of dough into balls. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 10 minutes. Cool.

Glaze: Heat 3/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds in pan to 254º on candy ____ (hard ball stage). Cool until foam settles, spoon glaze over each cookies working fast. If it becomes hard, heat over hot water.
