1-2 lb. Sirloin Steak (trim fat & cut into 1/2" strips)
1/4 c flour
1 t salt
1 med. onion chopped fine
1 box sliced fresh Portobello or Button mushrooms
(or Mom udsed 4 oz can mushrooms)
3 T butter
2 t flour
1 can beef bouillon soup
(or 1 T. fat free beef paste dissolved in 1 c. hot water)
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 - 2 clove garlic, minced or 1/2 t garlic powder
1 16 oz.carton sour cream
Hot noodles, rice or toast

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Noodles or Rice first and set aside - keeping warm

Roll beef strips in a 1/4 cup of flour & salt mixture.
Pan Fry Onions,mushrooms and garlic in butter at medium heat
Add steak, turn until brown and done to you liking.
Stir in 2 T flour, bouillon and Worcester
Heat and stir until sauce thickens. Pour on Sour Cream and fold lightly to blend.
Serve Immediately over Hot noodles, Rice or Toast.

* Kelly uses 1 cup of fresh Portobello mushrooms & 2-3 cloves garlic. Garnish with a little chopped Parsley, Cilantro or Green Onion tops.
