2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
4 c. cranberries
2 tsp grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan boil water and sugar for 5 mins. Stir in cranberries and return to boil. Cook uncovered for 5 mins or until skins burst.
Add orange peel and cool.

Store in refrigerator. Will keep at least a week. Makes 4 cups

An excellent and much requested recipe for use with any chicken/turkey dish. Wonderful on turkey or chicken sandwiches too.
