Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add 1/2 ounce Boodles, 1/2 ounce St. Germain, squeeze one half Meyer lemon into shaker, shake and strain into champagne flute, top with Prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist. Consume, repeat.

A yummy before dinner drink. We learned this recipe from the bartender at Zuni Cafe in San Francisco. It made the one hour wait for the roast chicken and bread salad fly by. That Roast Chicken and Bread Salad with Currants and Pine Nuts is worth the wait, and the champagne cocktail makes the wait a lot more fun.
