Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is an excellent way to eat your greens, and it is also a creative way to have greens at a non-traditional time such as breakfast.

This came from recipes recommended by the Spartan Race Crew. Spartan races can vary from 4, 8 or 12 mile course with multiple obstacles (10-20). As a family we have either trained together or participated together in the Spartan races. It has been quite adventurous and memorable. Training can be fun, even when you have to eat nutritiously!

Genesis 1:29 ESV

And God said, "Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food."
