1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. honey
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put graham crackers in a gallon zip bag, press out the air and zip
roll a rolling pin over the bag to crush the graham crackers into crumbs.

In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the peanut butter and honey. Stir well.

Roll heaping teaspoons of the mixture into balls. Place them on a large plate covered with waxpaper. Put the plate in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Take peanut butter balls out of refrigerator. Put powdered sugar in small bowl. Roll each ball in the powdered sugar until it is covered.
